Job Description

I. Work of Interior Designers
• Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
• Plan concept through analysis of customer needs.
• Estimate project costs based on budget levels.
• Prepare drafts and present ideas.
• Research and decide on the source of materials and furniture.
• Monitor work progress.
• Work with stakeholders, including designers, interior designers, architects and civil engineers.
• Research and comply with industry changes and regulations.
II. Job requirements Interior designer
• Experience working in interior design (consultation, renovation, space planning and new construction).
• Knowledge of space layout, color selection, lighting, materials, furniture customization and installation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software.
• Creative ability, rich imagination, good taste.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Graduated from university or college with major in design or related field.
