Appraisal of contracts in the fields of: real estate, movable property, business value, projects and assets, etc. Check the valuation report and propose valuation results.

• Advise and recommend and warn of risks in pricing for the Board of Directors.
• Check and ensure the legality and validity of property ownership documents;
• Valuing land use rights, ownership of construction works, value of machinery and equipment, means of transport, businesses,... and assets.
• Build and collect database information for price appraisal, store information and data about the real estate market
• Supervise the quality of deeds and valuation reports. Approve appraisal reports and valuation certificates within authorized authority.
• Receive asset appraisal request documents from the Sales department to develop an asset appraisal plan. Coordinate and assign staff to perform property appraisal.
• Manage and supervise the activities of the Department/Department and implement the requests assigned by the Board of Directors.
