* JOB DESCRIPTION- Call to find customers from available customer data sources from the Head of Department
- Provide and consult complete and accurate product information
- Resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with Business Administration department to handle complaints
- Taking care of customers according to the company's general program
- Make weekly reports
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
Note: Telesale does not have to close the sale, but only calls to get the information and address of the customer to transfer to the sales staff to meet the customer directly. * JOB REQUIREMENTS- No experience required, no will be hand in hand.
