- Managing, improving safety and environment issues in the work area and compliance with environment, health and safety requirements, procedures and lead in shop floor excellence.
- Supporting/ Improving Autonomous Maintenance in the area responsibilities by carrying out Works Orders, executing maintenance work, training operators on the job in order to achieve, sustain the machines and equipment in basic condition.
- Preparing, executing maintenance schedule and update maintenance performance on system as well as optimize maintenance tasks efficiently to improve maintenance quality and reduce maintenance loss in the responsibilities areas.
- Detecting and solving the breakdown/minor stops by applying the UPS methodology to fix problems safely & quickly, eradicate the root causes & prevent recurrence.
- Using the spare parts proactively aligned with the store management procedures to ensure the replacement in time for maintenance.
- Reporting all maintenance tasks on system and performance improvement proposals to supervisor timely & accurately as well as communicate effectively with relevant people (Operators, Owner Sups…).
- To undertake any other jobs assigned from superiors as and when required.
