- Proficient in driving motor vehicles: hoe, roller, bulldozer, excavator, etc.
- Operating motor vehicles directly involved in construction, maintenance and repair of road traffic works at projects under the company.
- Regular vehicle maintenance, check petrol before construction.

- Willing to work under the direction of company management.
- Ensure safe conditions for people and materials.
- Check and ensure that motor vehicles are operated in good condition. If there is damage or malfunction in the control operation, it must be immediately reported to the management for timely repair.
