Job Description

    A.Description
    1. Planning task:
    • Meeting and get briefing from client with Account team.
    • Organizing brainstorming session to propose a plan to meet client's brief .
    • Be responsible for responsible, writing or instructing & planners to write Event/Activation strategy proposal.
    • Be active in the presentation with client.
    • Fully participate in the integration of creative /design team within bidding project and partially for execution of winning project.
    • Be incharge or supervise planner for concept direction, storyboard and video clip…
    • Supporting Account team for quotation (if needed)
    • Identify the stratergy for campaigns, projects by supporting of Account Director.

    2. Team management :
    • Managing traffic/workload of planning team about bidding and winning project.
    • Coaching, developing and directing planner for proposal writing, presenting skill and design briefing.
    • Be resposible in development of team members and her/his behavior.
    • Be repossible in colleague relationship between team members, and with other departments.
    • Evaluating performance of the staff quarterly/annual.
    3. Other tasks:
    • Updating & evaluating market overall, clients, and brands with supporting of Account Director
    • Supervise and manage team member for inquire and update new information about brand, products or competitor's brand annually.

    B.Job Requirements:
    • More than 2 years experienced in:
    • Same position in advertising agency (especially event agency)
    • Account Manager or upper level which be specific in term of proposal writing
    • Expertise in brand/marketing works.
    • Excellent understanding about marketing/brand/advertising.
    • Good in general knowlegde.
    • Good in build solution, decision for difficult or urgent situation.
    • Good at building team; convience ability, and creativity and excellent in inspiration.
    • Good sense of art.
    • Excellent English Communication full skills
    • Knowlegde in event /activation operation in reality is a plus.
