- Research and analysis of market (Included: grow or go down of market, rates and service of Competitors)
- Working in conjunction with DOSM to maintain current client relationships and encourage repeat business

- Responsibilities maintain a healthy relationship with the company's client

- Ensure to meet monthly – quarter room's night target

- Reporting must always be accurate to DOSM

- Devise proposals that include amenities that exceed the current ones at competitive prices

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports of sales projections and goals and progress

- Ability to create and present visual and presentations

- Attendance at trade shows and similar events is crucial to make new contacts

- Following up with clients is with any concerns or disappointments that occurred and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction
