RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define content strategy and ensure the orientation/goals of each campaign/project/brand / Define the content strategy and ensure the campaign/project/brand's orientation/goals
- Build and implement content plan, community plan for promotional campaigns according to work/project requirements. / Planning and implementing content plan, community plan for promotional campaigns according to work/project requirements.
- Manage and develop content on online and offline media (Facebook, Tiktok, Insta, Website, Telegram, Twitter, Discord...) / Manage and develop content on online and offline media (Facebook, Tiktok, Insta, Website, Telegram, Twitter, Discord….)
- Develop creative, attractive PR and Marketing content for Online Marketing campaigns, Viral marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to conceive and deliver graphic ideas for products, software / Collaborate with the design team to create graphic ideas for products and software
- Manage costs, monitor and optimize marketing campaign results / Manage costs, control and optimize the results of the implementation of Marketing campaigns.
- Build up plan for brand marketing campaigns. Work with closely KOL, KOC and media channels / Plan marketing communication for the brand in charge. Working with KOLs, KOCs, media channels.
- Update market trends / Monitor and update market trends

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Marketing or related majors preferre / Preferably majoring in marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing / At least 2 years of experience in marketing
- Intermediate English writing and reading skills / Able to read & write English well
- Able to work independently and teamwork, customer-oriented / Able to work independently and teamwork, customer-oriented
- Be a creative and critical thinker, and always show perfectionism with work results
- Understanding of Digital Media design and direction / Understanding of Digital Media design and direction
- Ability to work with partners/brands/project leaders to ensure the best response ideas/plans for all platforms every platform.
- Ability to search and update the latest trends, be active in finding attractive topics
