JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for strategizing and directing content for BUTL & Bship's TikTok and YouTube channels, leading the Content/Creative team, and directly creating short video content. The candidate will participate in acting, hosting social media channels, researching trends, and coordinating with the Media Team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of communication.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a content strategy and direction for BUTL & Bship's TikTok and YouTube channels.
• Lead the Content/Creative team in developing concepts, ideas, video series, and brand image direction.
• Directly write short video scripts in the format of TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, viral content, branded content, etc.
• Participate in acting and host for BUTL & Bship's social media channels, especially lifestyle content, service experiences, driver and customer perspectives, and entertainment content.
• Proactively research TikTok trends and social media trends, and transform them into content suitable for the technology and service industry.
• Collaborate with the Media Team during filming and editing to ensure image quality, storytelling, and communication effectiveness.
• Participate in developing long-term content formats to grow social branding and community systems.
• Search for, work with, and book suitable KOLs/KOCs/Creators for each campaign.
• Working with agencies, production houses, and external partners to implement media campaigns.

REQUEST:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Content Creator/Senior Content Creator/TikTok Creator.
• Experience in creating content for technology, service, lifestyle, or app brands is a significant advantage.
• Confident in front of the camera, capable of acting, leading content, and creating positive energy in videos.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have studied or have experience in acting, MCing, stage performance, film, or production content.
• Understanding user behavior on TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• They have the ability to build storytelling, viral hooks, and content formats that keep viewers engaged.
• Possesses strong visual thinking skills and a modern aesthetic sense, suitable for a high-end brand positioning.
• Basic knowledge of video editing using CapCut, Premiere, or AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
• Possesses skills in project management, team leadership, and multi-departmental collaboration.
• Proactive, creative, able to handle pressure well, and always up-to-date with the latest trends.
