JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and lead multiple social campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery
• Work closely with the Account Manager to take client briefs, develop proposals, and present to clients when needed
• Prepare quotations, manage budgets & optimizing KPIs for clients
• Build and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and solutions
• Take ownership of campaign execution across digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), including coordinating with third-party partners and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve outcomes
• Report on project progress, risks, and KPI performance to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, and media) to ensure seamless execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party partners
• Mentor/guide junior team members (if any) and support team efficiency

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital/social agency as a Senior Account Executive
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and campaign execution (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment
• Experience in proposal development, reporting, and client-facing roles
