RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Account & Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the key point of contact for Clients on daily project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Support the Account Manager (AM) in managing client expectations and promptly delivering updates.
• Help identify client needs and proactively escalate challenges or opportunities to senior team members.
• Maintain professional and positive client relationships; join client meetings and entertainment activities when required.
• 3rd Party Coordination
• Liaise with suppliers, production houses, and other vendors to ensure quality and on-time deliverables.
• Monitor progress and flag issues to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Planning & Execution
• Support AM in preparing strategic presentations and client-facing documents.
• Customize case studies and credentials to align with client objectives and brand tone.
• Organize and manage materials such as brand guidelines, briefs, competitor reports, insights, and project documents.
• Take ownership of internal briefings and documentation for team alignment.
• Draft internal briefs and assist in interpreting client briefs.
• Lead collection and analysis of client data & competitive intelligence to support planning.
• Quality Assurance & Project Operations
• Ensure all assigned tasks and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain frequent updates with AM and seek feedback for alignment.
• Monitor timelines, manage deliverables, and support smooth project operations.
• Team Collaboration & Development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff or interns when needed.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Take initiative in learning and personal development to enhance team capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Executive in advertising, marketing, digital, or communications.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a high-speed environment.
• Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.
• Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to team success.
• Knowing how to use ChatGPT and having experience in proposal development is a plus.
• Understanding of Media, SEO, and Social Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a plus.
