Working at Shinhan Bank Office:
- Main tasks: Meeting, communicating and Customer relations: Use your skillful communication skills to understand the wishes of customers. Along with the understanding of products during the training process at SHINHAN BANK, you will have the knowledge after training to accurately advise products with appropriate interest rates according to customers' needs and at the same time. Make loan application when Customer approves.
- Once the customer's loan application and card opening application have been approved: proactively manage the customer list, take care of them and fully support them with monthly fee payment information.
- Carry out sales operations to increase customer satisfaction, through which you will receive new customers through referrals from old customers - Ensure business targets and manage risk indicators contract risk
- Make daily/weekly/monthly or periodic reports as prescribed
