This role leads a small inbound sales team and directly contributes to closing high-value orders. Ideal for Senior CS Agents, Telesales Specialists, or Junior Supervisors ready to step into a revenue ownership role.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
- Revenue & Conversion
- Own Draft → Confirm conversion rate and CS channel revenue performance.
- Coach the team on sales scripts, follow-ups, objection handling, and upsell opportunities.
- Personally handle high-value or complex cases during peak hours.
- Ensure revenue growth aligns with operational capacity and delivery SLA.
- Team & Performance Management
- Lead daily inbound sales operations and allocate workload effectively.
- Monitor key KPIs: conversion rate, revenue per agent, response time, order accuracy.
- Identify lost-order reasons and implement weekly improvement plans.
- Maintain order intake discipline to prevent operational overload.
YÊU CẦU:
- 2–5 years experience in ecommerce CS
- Strong spoken English.
- Experience mentoring or guiding a small team (formal leadership title not required).
- Strong closing mindset — confident converting chat/phone inquiries into paid orders.
- Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and revenue accountability.
- Able to make quick decisions under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
- Hands-on leader willing to step into frontline selling when needed.
