HR Strategy's client (Headhunter) is a company in the Food sector. Currently looking to recruit candidates for the position of Sales Supervisor (MT channel)

- Working location: West
- Channel in charge: MT (Modern Trade)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Maintain existing business relationships and expand new relationships in food business, especially frozen food
- Planning weekly and monthly activities, implementing KPIs
- Learn and understand the features, packaging, prices, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products and competitors' products
- Understand the customer contact process, information complaint handling process, customer information receipt and settlement process, fully record according to the forms of these processes
- Contact with customers and report customer contact content during the day to Team Leader/Sales Department
- Develop business in the assigned area
- Customer care and sales according to the scheduled schedule
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors

REQUEST:

- College degree or above majoring in Management, Economics, Marketing or related majors
- At least 01 year of experience in food sales, preferably frozen food at MT channels: convenience store chains, supermarkets, etc.
- Good ability in: office computer, communication (Vietnamese and English) and negotiation
- Enthusiastic, sensitive and independent thinking

RIGHT:

- Salary: – million + % commission, depending on candidate capacity
