• Support collecting and synthesizing data from the Commercial Department and Customer Relations Department to analyze actual customer needs.
• Support tracking and analyzing business data to make recommendations for revenue optimization.
• Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and business data compilation.
• Participate in operating and monitoring room sales performance on distribution channels.
