JOB DUTIES
Business strategy planning
Researching the market, competitors and consulting with department leaders on building business strategies of each project;
Develop sales goals for each period of the week/month/quarter/year.
Organize business activities
Implement marketing and distribution activities of the company's real estate products through sales activities programs in each specific period.
Organize product introduction sessions, sales training, support sales professionals to attract customers, consult products and "close the sale";
On behalf of the Company in direct contact with customers, have the right to handle issues related to sales and business activities according to the functions and duties of the department;
Operational leader of the sales department
Training junior staff on product content, sales policies, sales skills and handling situations, etc., company rules and culture;
Manage, maintain and develop entrusted resources (including brand image, human resources, asset management, ...).
Responsible for managing the activities of the department. Build relationships and solidarity among members of the department and other departments. Create a professional image of Real Estate business;
Control sales activities
Employee evaluation monthly/quarterly/yearly
Monitor reports and capture the performance of the department's work.
Organize the implementation of customer care operations in the functional role of the department;
Report all business activities of the Sales Department to the Board of Directors (diary, weekly, monthly, and extraordinary reports);
