Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve the company's annual revenue and growth targets.
    • Recruit, train, support, and manage the sales team; work alongside the team to ensure high performance and sustainable growth.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and relevant government agencies.
    • Regularly communicate with suppliers to stay updated on market price fluctuations; negotiate contract terms; and research market demand and legal policies in Vietnam.
    • Develop and monitor the team's business plan for each stage (monthly/quarterly/annually).
    • Closely monitor sales activities, evaluate team performance, and report regularly to the Board of Directors.
    • Attending industry events and seminars helps expand your network and seek collaboration opportunities.
    • Update and share industry knowledge and market trends with colleagues to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to manage inventory effectively and make informed business decisions.
    • Prepare periodic business performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and propose improvement solutions to the Board of Directors.

    - Job requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Graduated from university with a major in Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, or related fields.

    Experience:

    • At least two years of experience as a Sales Manager is required; experience in the agricultural sector is a significant advantage.
    • Good English communication skills are required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

    Skill:

    • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Capable of building, developing, and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and partners.
    • Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, team building strategies, and sales growth.
    • Experienced in lead generation and market expansion.
    • Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
    • Manage your time and organize your work effectively.

    Job information:

    • Work location: 354D, Nguyen Xi Street, Binh Loi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
    • Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Closed Saturday and Sunday)
    • Lunch break: From 11:45 AM to 1:15 PM (1 hour 30 minutes)
