• Search for new customers and exploit potential customers assigned by the company.
• Plan, implement, adjust and evaluate effectiveness related to sales activities in assigned areas;
• Research competitors: products, prices, services, distribution channels, customer policies, marketing programs.
• Determine the standards of customer requirements (regarding design, material samples, product types, quality, construction progress, etc.) and meet these requirements in the best way. At the same time, ensure customers' clear awareness of products and services;
• Coordinate with relevant departments in negotiating, bargaining, consulting on design, materials, progress, price, contract,... with Customers;
• Coordinate with the production department to monitor production progress, urge and warn to avoid late delivery;
• Coordinate to guide customers to visit the Factory and the Projects that E3 TKCS has been and is implementing;
• Fully implement reports as prescribed and other reports as required by the Board of Directors.
- Graduated from University/College in International Business, Import-Export, Interior Architecture, Engineering or related fields
- Experienced in interior design
- Good English communication, Chinese is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
