- Interact, answer questions and feedback from customers on the page, email, phone about the company's courses and services.
- Consult customers directly or online.
- Track unpaid orders on the web, call / text / email to guide customers to complete the order.
- Old customer service.
- Consolidate monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue reports for superiors.
- Maintain records and related documents.
