- Implement sales activities and be responsible for the content of posts on Facebook, Instagram, Zalo ... (with a design department to support in terms of images).
- Experience in working and managing stores with e-commerce platforms such as lazada, tiki, shopee.
- Sales consulting, answering questions, supporting customers.
- Order tracking (solution of order-related problems from the time of order until the customer receives and experiences the product).
- Report customer data, sales and evaluate the effectiveness of channels monthly.
- Propose new advertising strategies to increase orders and build company brand.
- Experience in Online Sales and Online Marketing is preferred
