Job Description
1. Build & implement business strategy
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Research the market, competitors and trends to come up with effective business development solutions.
Build and develop a network of potential customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Operations) to optimize business efficiency.
2. Manage & develop sales team
Recruit, train and develop sales staff.
Orient, support and supervise employees during work to improve performance.
Build appropriate salary, commission and KPI policies to promote working spirit.
Evaluate and report sales team performance periodically.
3. Optimize sales process & customer care
Build an effective sales process, ensuring the best customer experience.
Monitor and analyze business data to adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor pre- and post-sales customer care, ensuring high satisfaction rate.
Handle customer, contract and operational issues.
4. Reporting & Business Development
Prepare periodic sales and business performance reports.
Propose solutions to develop products, services and increase revenue.
Maintain and develop relationships with the company's strategic partners.
