JOB DUTIES Project coordination expertise: - Receive orders from customers and management (usually via email) - Planning a photo shoot: + Assign jobs + Prepare shot list + Notification of shooting schedule via email
- Update Trello about the new job: + Translate into Vietnamese if the customer's request is written in English. + Note special requests + Attached reference pictures + Track and update the exact date of taking photos when available.
- Handing over Job Order/Shot List to Photographer. - Get the product data file from Photographer: + Compare the received data with the original shot list. If there is a difference, you must immediately report it to Studio Manager for timely handling + Select the appropriate image and export the file.
- Sending services outside of clipping path and tracking (on Dropbox) - Assign retouch by: + Set of product images + Shot list + Deadline
- Check the image processing finished product (on Dropbox) - Email the link to the superior to review and track the feedback and follow up with the customer until the customer approves the final. - Email notification to Studio Manager to link completed High-res file to customer. - Save shot list and data. - Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
