Job Description

JOB DETAILS
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, including product features, benefits and capabilities
• Analyze and understand competitors' products to compare and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of your own products.
• Call potential and current customers to introduce and persuade customers to buy
• Understand and record customer needs to provide appropriate information and data to help customers solve the problems they are facing.
• Handle complaints and inquiries from customers regarding the company's products/services
• Monitor and stay updated with the latest policies, promotions, and product information, then share them through social media channels.
• Interact and coordinate with departments/sections to achieve set business goals
• Prepare and submit weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual performance reports as directed by management.
