Job description

• Support the sales team in processing transactions and daily sales activities.
• Process customer inquiries and orders, including data entry and confirmation of accurate information.
• Monitor the ordering, shipping and delivery process to ensure service time and quality.
• Create and maintain customer records, including contact information, order history, and payment information.
• Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to answer questions and provide post-sales support.
• Track and report sales, orders, and other business metrics to sales and management teams.
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, including price lists, product information, and promotional materials.

Candidate requirements

• Accurate data entry and office computer skills, including the use of office software such as Word, Excel, Google Docs and customer management system (CRM/ERP).
• Good communication skills, ability to listen and solve problems from customers.
• Meticulousness and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer information.
• Ability to work in a team environment and support other members.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience working in sales management or sales support is an advantage.
• Experience working with data is an advantage.
