 Together with the supermarket, agree on the strategy and action plan
 Divide action plan for each employee
 Monitor and analyze business results periodically (Week, Month, Quarter)
Adjust the action plan to achieve the set goal.
 Lead sales department meetings to communicate goals and plans to employees.
 Complete weekly and monthly reports accurately on time and with complete information.
*Business Development
 Responsible for all sales targets at the supermarket
 Assign targets to employees.
 Monitor and urge employees to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
 Support sales staff: solve problems in daily work.
 Ensure business construction to save costs, increase profits.
* Build a good relationship with the supermarket:
 Create a good relationship with the supermarket.
Organizational development
 Recruitment, training and coaching of old and new employees.
 Perform daily attendance.
 Building a reasonable salary structure and timely rewarding employees with high results.
 Raise the spirit of solidarity of the departments to build the company stronger and stronger.
 Communicate to sales staff guidelines, policies, decisions, regulations, directives of the Company.
 Report to the Board of Directors the violations of employees and propose disciplinary measures for such violations.
