- Use communication channels Facebook, zalo, fanpage of the company and especially personal experience relationships to find customers.
- Run sales according to the company's business plan and the company's aluminum and glass workshop
- Telephone interaction, consulting, answering questions for customers.
- Coordinate with warranty department to take care of customers quarterly and monthly
- Support sales and marketing events of the company.
- Use the company's customer data and search for personal data to find new sources of customers.
- Participate in the company's quotation and estimation activities. Directly involved in customer care.
- Proposing marketing ideas programs for the marketing plan every month, every quarter.
- Building & Managing a team of sales and marketing staff.
