Job description: Find customers, take care of and advise on the company's products and services.

Advise customers with accurate, reasonable and effective information.

Take care of the company's old customers.

Take care of customers from fanpage, zalo, tiktok...

Taking care of the guests is another travel company.

Customer data management.

Periodic or ad hoc reports as required by the Department Head or Board of Directors in the company.

Coordinate with the accounting department to collect debts, coordinate with other departments to best meet customer needs.

Develop and expand the market, update competitive market trends and customers.

Tasks as required by Department Head / Board of Directors.

Job requirements:

Male/Female with at least 1 year experience in the tourism industry.

Priority is given to candidates with SALES experience.

Understand tourist routes and related tourist services.

Understanding of culture and history is an advantage.

Proficient in negotiation and customer consulting skills.

Understanding of marketing is an advantage.

No lisp, stutter

Hardworking, honest, sociable, progressive in work.

Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (lunch break 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm), Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
