- Drafting, updating and managing administrative documents related to business such as making offers, quotations, contracts...

- Develop an action plan and monitor and remind other employees in the department to follow the plan.

- Consulting services for customers, persuading customers to use services and signing contracts with businesses.

- Set up an appointment between Sales staff and potential customers.

- Collect and resolve customer feedback on the media.

- Make detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue reports and submit them to superiors, update business data and debt and revenue figures of each Sales department employee.

- Follow up, check and interact with customers to complete orders.

- Carrying out communication activities.

- Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
