● Searching for potential customers, building customer database;
● Consulting products and services for customers;
● Support in answering customer's terms and interests during the purchase and post-purchase process;
● Track orders from order creation to order completion;
● Coordinate with the manager, Eoty Supporter and Eoty personnel throughout the internship;
● Support other business-related communications when required.
