- Planning production, organizing and operating, assigning and controlling the production activities of the workshop, ensuring technique, quality, progress and labor safety.
- Manage and monitor production progress and status. Report to the Board of Directors on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage equipment, construction tools and production materials in a reasonable manner.
- Check the machines at the workshop regularly, ensure optimal use of machines and workers as well as ensure labor safety and repair when there is a problem.
- Research and make suggestions for improvement.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
