Job Description
1. Main tasks: - Develop operational quality targets for areas, post offices in the region are assigned to be in charge according to the strategy of the Board of Directors. - Monitor & ensure the quality of post office operations in the assigned management area. - Supervising the delivery of COD by post offices in the assigned area for management - Support for connecting transport, and irregularities of order flow; - Ensure the delivery quality of the post offices in the area in charge. − Recruiting, training and managing personnel in the region: Area supervisor, Postmaster; Support recruitment-training for the positions: Coordinator & Delivery staff.
