Task 1: Manage landscape design of assigned projects
- Work with landscape consulting units
- Propose design adjustments (If necessary); Proposing landscape design ideas; Propose landscape options and solutions
- Monitor and coordinate design consultants/contractors to complete landscape design documents for projects in charge.
* Task 2: Coordinate specialized departments
- Coordinate with architecture/planning departments to propose solutions/ideas related to landscape
- Coordinate with the supply department in selecting construction contractors and landscape material suppliers
- Coordinate with the construction site to ensure construction is on schedule and ensure the quality of trees and landscape for the project; Propose timely adjustments to problems when construction begins at the construction site
- Coordinate with other departments related to landscape
* Task 3: Site visit the project in charge periodically (before, during and after landscape work) or department requirements to develop and promptly adjust inappropriate items.
* Task 4: Perform other tasks assigned by direct management
* Task 5: Ensure budget progress for design work
