Job Description
- Job details:
Supervising construction work on the construction site;
Prepare acceptance and completion documents for HVAC projects;
Subcontracting (contracting according to policies and principles), monitoring and evaluating construction units, identifying and developing new teams; monitoring construction status and payments, advances to teams;
Report and communicate promptly with relevant departments and superiors to address any arising issues;
Reports are provided upon request (regular and ad-hoc).
Store documents and records in accordance with regulations.
- Job requirements:
I have 2 years of experience managing the construction of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Proficient in using computers, shop drawings, and quantity surveying.
Preference will be given to graduates with degrees or certificates in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Priority was given to supervising and managing factory, workshop, and office construction projects;
Experienced in handling work on-site;
Attitude: Proactive and responsible towards work;
Having a driver's license is an advantage.
