⦁ For Human Resources: Recruiting, interviewing, training personnel; Orientation of work path for candidates
⦁ For Business segment:
+ Consulting on products and designing financial solutions to suit customer needs.
+ Customer care, settlement of insurance benefits.
+ Build and exploit potential customer portraits.
+ Support the team to develop and bring sales to the company.
