Job Description
– Closely control production situation in the team, mobilize human resources reasonably without wasting time.
– Productivity and waste management.
– Monitor production plans, human resources, and resolve work at the factory.
– Directly dispatch production staff, supervise staff compliance with regulations and work processes, and provide work instructions to staff.
– Ensure full and on-time production, strictly comply with product quality control regulations.
– Compliance with the implementation of standards
– Solve work and situations that arise at the factory
– Make reports to superiors
– Training new employees
– Operate, monitor, adjust and calibrate the machine.
Required Skills
- Have at least 1 to 3 years of experience working in the packaging field - Know how to operate all types of packaging printing machines
- Use basic office software
