1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with relevant departments to build production processes, product quality management processes, and improve production technology

- Based on the assigned master plan, make production plans, organize, manage and operate, strictly and effectively control all production activities at the factory to ensure output and production progress. output according to plan

- Implement production plans, organize daily work assignments for workers in production shifts.

- Balance production capacity between groups, proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency.

- Evaluate, train and improve factory staff capacity

- Establish and maintain a hygienic and safe working environment for all factory employees

- Responsible for managing all machinery, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished products... in the factory

- Regularly check University graduates or higher in food-related fields

- Make sure materials and goods are arranged in the right place and are not damaged.

- Compile reports on output, progress and consumption of production materials daily and weekly according to regulations

- Coordinate and support other departments when necessary to ensure common results

- Resolve arising problems and troubleshoot problems at the factory

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or higher in food-related fields

- Men and women 28 to 38 years old, in good health

- Have experience working in a similar position at manufacturing companies, priority is given to candidates with experience in the food processing field

- Human resource management skills, communication, problem solving, analysis and planning and decision making skills.
