- Planning and allocating work to junior staff

- Check inventory and order workpieces and tools according to order requirements

- Training and checking the work of employees

- Order tools and machines for production

- Plan to repair and maintain machines and tools to ensure production operation

- Improve machinery and equipment and optimize technology for production to increase productivity and product quality

- Provide reports and ongoing problems at the factory, to analyze with the management

- Propose to the director the orientation to develop the company
