• Ensure the smooth operation of production lines by inspecting, detecting, and directing machinery maintenance, and providing sufficient raw materials necessary for production.
• Report production line malfunctions or problems arising from human error or other issues to management.
• Identify and fix errors when problems occur.
• Analyze production and product performance, and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Schedule training sessions and workshops as needed.
• Establish high quality standards and ensure they are fully implemented.
• Regularly instruct/train employees on regulations regarding occupational health and safety.
• Implement maintenance and risk prevention methods for the production line.
• Always keep your manufacturing methods and equipment maintenance procedures up-to-date.
• Participate in the production planning process.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate the product.
