Job Description
Receive orders, plan and organize production of goods
Advise on organizing and arranging the organizational structure, and propose measures to improve and innovate methods and models of organizational management.
Organize production according to technological processes, orders and assigned plans, ensuring product progress and quality.
Manage and control the status of machinery and equipment in the workshop
Manage employees in timekeeping, salary proposals, employee performance evaluation, employee training
Receive reports and report directly to the Production Manager.
