- Manage and monitor activities of e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Website: adjust product information, update prices, images, product descriptions...
- Warehouse management: Monitor the number of products in the warehouse, ensure product quantity.
- Order management: Monitor and process orders, resolve problems that arise during the shipping process.
- Support customers in placing orders, answering questions, asking for reviews and feedback from customers, and handling complaints.
- Manage product images on the floor, propose images, videos, banners for campaigns.
- Propose and implement marketing programs (discounts/gifts/...) to increase sales and optimize costs effectively
- Participate in researching strategies and ideas for developing Marketing channels on the floor: Internal floors, external floors...
- Monitor and report store performance on each channel to superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female aged 22 and over.
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Accounting.
- Have at least 01 year experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work independently, work well in groups, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in information technology office
- Have a positive attitude, learn quickly, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of change.
- Ability to organize work and ensure deadlines.
- Able to work independently and work well in groups.
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is preferred.

RIGHT
- Income: 8,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND (negotiable based on ability, salary can be negotiated if ability is good)
