Job Description

Location:
• Sales Area Manager (DM): 02 positions

Right:
• Support hard income up to 50 million/month, receive all commission benefits and corresponding reward policies.

Job details:
• Recruiting and building a human resources system within the managed sales department
• Complete mandatory training courses as prescribed
• Training and development orientation for FC, UM.
• Plan and implement revenue generating KPIs for affiliated sales departments
• Report weekly business situation and revenue to the Sales Director
• Understand the process of submitting and processing customer documents to guide the team.

Request:
• Graduated from University of Economics or related fields
• At least 1 year working in a similar position (for insurance industry)
• Have maintained an agency management position for at least 1 year or more
