Job Description
Recruitment: Establish recruitment needs for frontline workers (painters, quality inspectors, etc.) and management positions based on production plans. Recruitment can be done through local recruitment platforms, labor agencies, or on-site job fairs. Manage the recruitment process (contract signing, background checks, health checks, etc.).
Training and development: Organize pre-employment training for new employees (safety operations, painting procedures, factory rules and regulations). Coordinate with the technical department to conduct advanced training (such as using spray equipment, environmental protection standards). Monitor training effectiveness and optimize the program.
Compliance with employee attendance, leave, disputes and discipline issues. Ensure factory compliance with Vietnamese labor laws (such as labor contracts, social insurance regimes and overtime regulations). Regularly communicate with production to resolve human resource issues (such as schedules, temporary worker deployment).
Payroll: Performance-based wages and salaries (including piece rates, overtime, bonuses) are calculated and paid on time. Design a simple performance appraisal scheme (such as attendance rate, quality achievement rate).
Health and Safety Management: Monitor the distribution and use of personal protective equipment (masks, protective clothing, etc.). Coordinate with the security department to organize fire prevention and fighting and occupational safety drills.
