- Managing expenses, assets, and tools and equipment within the unit.

- Develop relationships with the local community, schools, and organizations.

Monitor the customer care process before, during, and after treatment.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly.

Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports.
