Job Description

• Responsible for the management and operation of all restaurant operations.
• Maintain and build relationships with customers.
• Control stock levels and orders of the parts in the restaurant.
• Maintain and control standards of quality, food safety and health.
• Periodically set targets, orientations and business plans in accordance with the general situation.
• Recruit and manage restaurant staff.
• Employee management: Building work schedules, training employees on professional skills, manners and discipline.
• Reconcile cash every day and report at the end of shift, week and month to superiors.
