Job Description
Ensure excellent service delivery leading to customer satisfaction, resolving problems or complaints promptly and professionally.
Recruit, train and supervise restaurant staff, creating a positive and productive work environment. Plan and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor and manage food, beverage and supplies inventory levels, ensuring accurate figures and no loss of goods/supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
Oversee budgeting, cost control and financial reporting. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Plan and execute events and promotional activities.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Resolve operational challenges and implement improvements.
Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and customers. Ensure all staff are fluent in English to serve tourists, who are the main customer base of the restaurant.
