Job Description

    1. Driving Banquet Sales: Actively pursue and secure banquet and event bookings, exceed sales targets through strategic marketing, networking, and proactive client engagement.
    2. Maintaining Restaurant Aesthetics: Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of the restaurant's interior and exterior, ensuring a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    3. Ensuring Exceptional Guest Reception: Lead by example in providing warm, friendly, and efficient guest greetings and interactions, fostering a positive and memorable dining experience.
    4. Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and attract new customers. Create and manage promotional campaigns and special events. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    5. Cost Management: Control and optimize restaurant expenses, including COGs, COL,..; Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Effectively manage labor cost through efficient scheduling.
    6. Service and Product Quality Enhancement: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage products. Maintain high standards of service to create a positive dining experience. Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
    7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and effectively. Implement customer loyalty programs.
    8. Efficient Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures.
    9. Team Training and Development (Succession Planning): Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service. Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge. Identify and nurture potential leaders within the team.
