Driving Banquet Sales: Actively pursue and secure banquet and event bookings, exceed sales targets through strategic marketing, networking, and proactive client engagement.
Maintaining Restaurant Aesthetics: Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of the restaurant's interior and exterior, ensuring a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Ensuring Exceptional Guest Reception: Lead by example in providing warm, friendly, and efficient guest greetings and interactions, fostering a positive and memorable dining experience.
Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and attract new customers. Create and manage promotional campaigns and special events. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Cost Management: Control and optimize restaurant expenses, including COGs, COL,..; Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Effectively manage labor cost through efficient scheduling.
