Job Description

• On behalf of the Board of Directors, operate all karaoke facilities in accordance with the Company's regulations.
• Responsible to the Board of Directors for the business and operations of the facility.
• Recruit, train, and set up permanent staff for the facility.
• Arrange and arrange working personnel.
• Receiving inspection authorities and doing diplomatic work.
• Market assessment, general market trends.
• Develop appropriate business plans for each stage.
• Personnel evaluation.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports.
• Management of assets and facility equipment.
• Take care of potential customers.
• Manage and operate the working processes of each department to ensure efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Comply with the Board of Directors' mobilization orders.
