- Building a management system for the restaurant (recruiting, training, supervising staff).
- Schedule, arrange work for employees weekly and adjust arising-
- Remind, evaluate the work results and capacity of employees periodically.
- Track invoices (sign and cancel daily invoices), sign and approve food purchases, confirm import - export
- Tracking tools, tools arising daily (property loss, damage).
- Report at the end of shift, week, month including: Human resources, food, revenue, activities... to Area Manager.
- Meet and greet customers and arrange table reservations. Guide guests to choose menu when necessary.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints. Customer care.
- Manage table reservations
- Directly monitor service quality and food quality.
- Coordinate with the department to plan activities for the restaurant (communication, marketing, ...) to organize the implementation when the plan has been approved
- Representing the restaurant to handle arising problems (handling all kinds of documents, working with government agencies...)
- Ensure sales targets
