Human Resource Management
- Schedule work, manage work shift arrangements, outside parties... for employees
- Implement employee training programs in accordance with the Company's operating procedures
- Evaluation of probationary period, performance evaluation of employees in charge monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Assist in finding candidates when needed.
Sales & Marketing
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans to report to General Manager/Director. Organize the implementation according to the approved plan.
- Organize, supervise and implement marketing programs to develop the brand of the restaurant system and optimize revenue.
- Directly responsible to the General Manager for the revenue, expenses and profit of the assigned restaurants.
Service and quality
- Monitor the provision of services to customers to ensure maximum quality and customer care, including the fastest response to legitimate requests and resolution of customer complaints.
- Directly organize to visit and see off VIP customers during the time they use the service
- Coordinate with the Chef in controlling the quality and speed of the dishes
Financial, commodity and asset management
- Check and monitor weekly maintenance schedule for all furniture, accessories, operating equipment, cleaning work, restaurant landscape.
- Coordinate with restaurant accountant to control revenue, tips, bills...
- Coordinate with the Kitchen department to propose maintenance, landscape maintenance, facilities, restaurant equipment
- Coordinating in organizing the inspection against wastefulness, negativity and violations of company rules and regulations
- Periodic reports: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly for the Director/General Manager.
