1. Job description:

• Cloud management:

- Manage restaurant operations (Service, Kitchen, Warehouse...)

- Monitor food quality, service, hygiene and food safety.

- Ensure service quality and customer care.

• Sphinx Management:

- Training, assigning work and work to employees.

- Evaluate work performance, encourage praise and transparent discipline.

- Building a positive and cohesive working environment.

• Finance Revenue:

- Control revenue, costs, profits.

- Warehouse management, material standards, loss reduction.

- Prepare periodic revenue/expense reports for the Board of Directors.

• Customer Service Quality:

- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.

- Maintain satisfaction, increase customer return rate.

- Organize periodic service quality surveys.

• Marketing Business Development:

- Propose incentive programs and events to attract customers.

- Coordinate with media/partners to promote the restaurant.

- Search for new customers, maintain relationships with loyal customers.

• Compliance and safety:

- Ensure compliance with fire prevention and fighting regulations, labor safety, food safety and hygiene

- Responsible before the law and the board of directors for any violations, if any.

2. Requirements

• Experience: Restaurant management experience (I have 03 years or more)
• Good communication skills, intelligence, problem solving.
• Understanding of F&B operations, knowledge of cost and revenue management.
• Working time: According to job requirements
